01 Project Planning

We begin by understanding your brand and work style, ensuring that every aspect of the production process aligns seamlessly with your vision. We collect references, photos, and tech packs to fully grasp your aesthetic and design requirements. Our skilled team transforms your ideas into reality, maintaining the highest quality standards. Studio Garments also offers in-house tech pack services for a fee, providing a structured approach. However, we can work without a tech pack as long as you provide comprehensive details including measurements, grading, fabric choices, embroidery or printing preferences, and more.

02 Sourcing materials

Once you share your fabric preferences, we’ll provide a variety of swatch books to help you find the perfect fabric for your design. You can also provide samples of your preferred fabrics, whether they’re special fabrics or functional fabrics. Our expert sourcing team will then secure the ideal fabric that aligns with your vision and standards. We stay up-to-date with the latest fabric options, sourcing from one of the largest fabric markets for high-quality materials.

03 making patterns

Our skilled pattern makers use software to engineer the features and fit of each style, creating a tangible representation of your vision. They transform your design into digital formats and reproduce it into paper patterns. This allows for visualization of measurements and control over internal features like necklines, buttonholes or stitching techniques. Our talented sample makers then use these patterns to create your garments with exceptional attention to detail.

04 Sampling

Our sample makers meticulously hand-cut and sew garments, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed. They focus on creating samples that accurately represent the final garment in terms of style, size, trims, fabrics, and embellishments. This step allows for size verification and grading before full production. We offer up to three rounds of alteration services for each sample to ensure your precise vision is met.

05 production

Once you approve the final sample, your dedicated project manager will oversee every aspect of the production process. This ensures high-quality products delivered on time. We collaborate closely with you to minimize errors and enhance the overall quality of your product line. We also offer convenient labeling and packaging services, including custom labels and tags, plastic bags, carton boxes, and special packaging requests.

06 shipping

After packing, we collaborate with our reliable logistics partner to ensure prompt and secure shipment of your products to your desired location. Your project manager will assist you in tracking and planning delivery. For samples and urgent orders, we use express services like Fedex, DHL, or UPS, which take around 5-7 working days to arrive in the US and 1-2 days in Korea. For larger quantities over 20kg, we recommend sea shipping, which takes approximately 14-30 days to the US and 3-5 days to Korea. The shipping fee varies based on method and weight. For an accurate quote, we work closely with our logistics partner. Please note that the destination country may impose a tariff fee, and you can choose to handle customs clearance yourself or delegate it to the logistics partner. We’re here to assist you based on your preference.
