1. Once you have confirmed your order and are satisfied with the sample, our team will provide you with a detailed quote and an estimate of the lead time for your convenience.
2. For new customers, we require a deposit of 50%. As a valued customer, if you have previously placed orders with us, we kindly request a deposit of 30%. You can conveniently make payments via telegraphic transfer (T/T).
3. Our dedicated team will promptly source all the necessary materials for your order and seek your approval before proceeding further.
4. Once the materials have been confirmed, we will proceed to order them to ensure a smooth production process.
5. We understand the importance of your satisfaction, which is why we will create pre-production samples and send them to you for final approval. This allows us to ensure that every detail meets your expectations.
6. After receiving your approval on the pre-production samples, we will begin the mass production of your order, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the process.
7. Prior to the delivery of your order, we kindly request the remaining balance to be paid. For new customers, the balance of payment will be 50%, while for valued returning customers, it will be 70%. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority from start to finish.

To provide you with the best value and ensure efficient production, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at just 50 pieces per style per color. This allows us to maintain the high quality standards while offering you flexibility in ordering.

To ensure transparency and cost-efficiency, our pricing may vary depending on the following factors:

1. Ordered Quantity: Larger quantities often come with more competitive pricing options.
2. Textile/Fabric Composition: The choice of fabric used in production can impact the overall price. 
3. Number of Sizes/Colors: As the number of sizes increases, the cost also increases due to the need for a greater variety of patterns. 
4. Quality of Production: Customized designs with intricate stitching, accessories, or buttons may have a higher cost per unit. Additionally, using different stitching techniques, like flat-lock or reverse cross-stitch, may also result in price variations.

The estimated delivery time for your order is typically around 7 days for 50 pieces, and it can extend up to 30 days for 5,000 pieces. Please note that these time frames are based on the receipt of your deposit. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Moreover, if you have any fabric dying, printing, or embroidery requirements, please anticipate an additional 7 days for each of these processes. We will make every effort to keep you updated throughout the process.
